We have reserved the hall and we have decided on Joe's Barbeque Catering the event. We are still working on the DeeJay, Decorations, and Getting the word out. We need everyone to help get the word out, the more people we have the better it will be. If anyone is interested in helping get up donations for door prizes please contact me. If you have a business and have hats or Ice chest, chairs, t-shirts, etc... with your company logo or your employer's logo that you can get donated we are going to try to get up enough items that we can do some door prizes. Just let me know if you are able to help me with that.
